C.O.A.T.H. Investments, LLC (COATH) is a real estate acquisition and management firm, specializing in real estate acquisition, planning, development, and construction.  We are a full partner with SEI who holds majority interest in all COATH-related business and provides additional oversight and support needed to manage a growing client base. COATH also partners with other capital investment, consulting, and professional service businesses to offer comprehensive services to our clients.

We will continue to serve private and public industry and partner with faith-based institutions to enhance the overall quality of the community, attracting goal-driven businesses and residents who seek excellence in their community.

COATH identifies properties in regions with demonstrated growth potential and provides opportunities for organizations to make value-add real estate investments.  Our knowledge management principles and experience provide the necessary market analyses to facilitate, mixed used property development, community revitalization projects, and specific business operations for a target market.

Our ability to research, evaluate, acquire and manage properties provides a full service offering to support clients who are focused on the utilization of a property to maximize a specific business opportunity. Additionally, for clients who currently own an existing property, our facilities management team can provide unique services supporting requirements for single or campus unit configurations. 

We also support migration to green facility operations to help protect our environment while reducing our clients’ total operational costs.  

Success Stories
COATH was founded in May 2006 and made its first commercial property acquisition in September of the same year.  The acquisition value has grown over 75% within the first 4 years.

We own a 3,300 square foot Class “A” Condominium Office Suite with "green" roofing.  This building was awarded Best Office Condominium Building in Maryland - 2006 by NAIOP.

We are currently evaluating potential properties on the emerging Route 1 corridor in Prince George’s County, Maryland, as well as properties in Savannah, Georgia.
