Our Leadership
Jill Snell is the Founder and Principal Consultant of CROSS. Jill has spent over 15 years of her life leading international, multimillion dollar marketing campaigns for Johnson & Johnson and Gillette. These same companies have entrusted her to head up the implementation of national marketing plans with their largest customers. Even with this success, she still received the most personal satisfaction from marketing church events. After receiving her MBA in Marketing, she knew she wanted to take her talents to market solely for the Lord, helping churches to capture and connect with the harvest that the Lord has prepared for them. It was from this desire that CROSSwas born.
